Glow Up & Reset Check List.
“You are given the gifts of the gods; create your reality.”
This year I vouch, will be the year of self-growth, success, and thrill-seeking. I will transform into my best version yet. From a yogic body to a monk's mind, and a businessman man's income. I will conquer my willpower and eat for longevity. I will read countless books and upskill my life to new heights.
But how do I achieve this ambitious goal? How do I live fully and authentically? How do I make every day count and every moment matter? The answer is simple: I follow a glow up and reset check list. This is a list of habits, routines, and practices that I incorporate into my daily life to boost my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These are the things that make me feel alive, happy, and fulfilled. These are the things that help me create my reality.
Here are some of the items on my glow up and reset check list:
- Meditate. Every morning, I start my day with a 10-minute meditation session. I use this time to clear my mind, set my intentions, and connect with my inner self. Meditation helps me reduce stress, increase focus, and enhance creativity. It also helps me cultivate gratitude, compassion, and mindfulness.
- Exercise. I make sure to move my body at least 30 minutes a day. I do yoga, pilates, or cardio exercises to keep my body fit, flexible, and strong. Exercise helps me release endorphins, improve blood circulation, and boost my immune system. It also helps me feel more confident, energetic, and attractive.
- Learn. I dedicate at least an hour a day to learning something new. I read books, watch videos, listen to podcasts, or take online courses on topics that interest me or challenge me. Learning helps me expand my knowledge, sharpen my skills, and discover new possibilities. It also helps me grow as a person, a professional, and a citizen of the world.
- Create. I express myself through writing, drawing, singing, or any other form of art that I enjoy. I create something that reflects my thoughts, feelings, or experiences. Creating helps me unleash my imagination, unleash my potential, and unleash my joy. It also helps me share my voice, my vision, and my value with others.
- Connect. I spend quality time with my family, friends, and community. I have meaningful conversations, share laughter, and offer support. I also reach out to new people, network, and collaborate. Connecting helps me strengthen my relationships, enrich my social life, and broaden my perspective. It also helps me feel loved, appreciated, and inspired.
These are some of the things that I do every day to glow up and reset. They help me live fully and authentically. They help me create my reality. What about you?
